We are so happy that we found Black Forest Shepherds! Our handsome boy Max is 19 week old and already weighs in at 48 lbs. He is highly intelligent and extremely alert. He has already completed his first 7 weeks obedience course. People comment on his beautiful face and his gorgeous sable coat with colors of red, black, tan and silver. He is extremely playful and a real loverboy. A wonderful addition to our family!
We picked up Lexi at almost 7wks. of age and I have to highly commend Zhanna of Blackforest on the wonderful job she did with such a hugh litter. I have gotten many compliments on Lexi's color as well as behavior. She is a highly energetic and spirited girl, as well as loving and intelligent. She weighs in at 35lb. She possesses all the traits that an excellent GSD should have. Thank you Blackforest for a wonderful pup, and I would highly recommend you to anyone.
Our boy Riley is 15 weeks old now. Pusing around 32 Lbs. Better behaved than dogs twice his age and loves playing with his buddy levi (the puggle next door) who is the same age. Smart and about as loveable as can be. He starts his first round of official training this week and hope to have therapy training down the road. He receives as many compliments on his looks as he does his behavior. Based soley on Riley I would recommend a shepherd from any litter from black forest.

Ina Marie is 15 weeks old and we have heard many times of her perfect markings & beautiful face. She's 27 pounds of love & affection. Ina is very intelligent, she knows many commands & will go on to obtain AKC Good Citizen Cert.& work towards becoming a therapy dog.
Anyone who is considering a german shephard would not be disappointed in Blackforest. Their dogs are beautiful & intelligent. Ina is a joy,we look forward to many happy years with her.

We are so glad we found Black Forest. They were knowledgeable and extremely professional. We purchased a male, black & tan who is now 13 weeks old. His markings are gorgeous, is extremely smart and has wonderful temperment. We would highly recommend Black Forest if you are looking for a German Shepherd.

I brought my puppy home in early june of 'O6 AT 7 weeks old. My boy Rockie is now almost 9 months old and pushing 90 lbs. Rockie is a well mannerd obedient, and very loyal to me and very protective of Comet.I'm constantly told what a beautiful and friendly dog I have. My boy goes everywhere with me.Rockie has shown me nothing but love and affection. His loyalty to me is unyielding. I love him very much and would recommend your puppys to anyone looking for a family companion.
